Terri DeCecca

Terri has over 40 years of experience in the optical field, Terri began her career as an optician in Anaheim, California.  Her passion for helping people see better and feel more confident sparked a lifelong commitment to the industry.  In 1993, she moved to New Hampshire, Where she transition into the role of an ophthalmic technician, assisting with eye examinations, refractions and laser surgeries.  In 2005, Terri took a leap in the business side of optical care, co-founding J&C Optical in Epping, New Hampshire.  She and her business partner built the practice with a strong focus on staying current with the latest advancements in lens technology, frame styles, and diagnostic equipment.  J&C Optical prides itself on being at the forefront of innovation in both glasses and contact lenses, ensuring every patient receives the best in vision care.  
While Terri enjoys the business and technology aspects of the optical world, her true passion lies in working directly with patients.  She loves seeing the transformation that comes with better vison or a fresh, stylish look-watching patients light up with confidence is what brings her the greatest joy.  Known for her warm, caring nature, Terri is always ready to share a kind word or a hug with anyone who walks through the door.  Outside of work, Terri enjoys spending time at the beach, taking photographs, crafting and making memories with her family. ​
​Courtney Halye
Courtney has been in the optical world for 15 years in positions as a Optometric Tech and is currently a Licensed Optician.  She is trained on the lensometer, eyewear styling, understanding insurances, frame repair and conduction I&R contact lens teaching.  Her heart is set in watching patients transform themselves just by trying on a pair of glasses, teaching them about their eyesight, and helping them feel confident.  
Her husband serves in the United States Navy which brought here to New Hampshire from sunny beautiful Charleston South Carolina.  Not only does she bring her knowledge, but also her Southern Hospitality.
​Kerri Pacheco
Kerri is a highly skilled and licensed optician dedicated to providing exceptional eyewear solutions.  With over six years of experience in the optical field, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of lens technology, frame styles and the lates advancements in vision care.   
Kerri has experience with frame selection and fitting analyzing facial features and the prescription to find the best possible fit.  Precisely measuring for eyewear using specialized instruments such as a lensometer, a pd ruler and a pupilometer.  Lens dispensing and verification, interpreting and dispensing your prescription, selecting appropriate lens type, coating and material.   Frame adjustments, minor repairs and adjusting frames to fit each patient.  Lens modification to include edging with a Santinelli edger and mounting.  
Committed to precision and patient satisfaction, taking the time to understand each individual patients needs and lifestyle to help find the perfect eyewear for optimal vision and comfort.  
Her goal is always helping a patient fin glasses that are both functional as well as fun and fashionable.  Her passion as an optical has always been working with the elderly.  She brings over 20 years of medical office management experience to the office.  
In her down time Kerri is a proud mom who loves spending time with her son who is a member of the NH National Guard, she also enjoys the beach, reading, camping and cooking. ​
​Katherine (Kate) Tristaino Brooks
Kate came to J&C Optical in the winter of 2023.  Since then, she has been an avid learner of all things optical and quickly became a Licensed Optician in the state of New Hampshire.  Not only has she learned the basics of opticianry, she has mastered personal frame adjustments, dispending glasses and contact lenses, prescription verification on the lensometer and edging lenses four our single vision patients on our in-house, state-of-the-art Santinelle LEXE Trend Edger.  Her artistic background gives her a keen eye for proportions and aesthetics.  She thoroughly enjoys helping patients find frames that not only work for their prescription, but also fit their facial structures and compliment personal style. 
When Kate is not working, you will find her out enjoying nature, often with a camera in hand-Kayaking, going wherever the trails or river may lead. ​
​Dr. Robert D. Johnson
Dr. Robert D. Johnson is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry. He completed a post doctorate residency in Primary Eyecare and Contact Lenses. His professional areas of interest include eyecare for children, adolescents, and adults as well as contact lens care. Dr. Johnson has also participated in eye medical research for many years and is TPA-G certified in NH for treating ophthalmic medical conditions including glaucoma. When not at the office, Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.​
